Types of Rumah Selangorku Units
This programme is segmented into several Types (Type A to E), with prices and unit sizes increasing according to the category:
- Type A — starting as low as RM42,000, targeted for households earning below RM3,000 per month
- Types B to E — prices increase gradually, targeted for M40 households with higher incomes, offering larger/more complete facilities
