Who Can Give Reviews?
This feature uses an open model, similar to the existing Agent Reviews & Ratings — meaning any registered user can leave a review on any rental listing, without needing proof of actual tenancy period. This was intentionally chosen because there is no reliable way to verify the status of a "real tenant" at this time. Property owners/agents can always report reviews they believe to be dishonest to the admin for verification.
