Two-tier Structure
Different from the regular Agent Manager (one manager, one team), Agency is a structuredua peringkat: Pemilik Agensi di atas, dan sehingga 10 Pengurus di bawahnya, setiap seorang menguruskan pasukan kecil mereka sendiri yang berasingan, bukan satu pasukan besar yang dikongsi bersama.
How to Promote Someone to Become an Agency Manager

| 1. Recruit as an agent first | Use the existing recruitment tools (email invitation, self-request link/QR code) to bring them in as a regular agent under you |
| 2. Promote to Manager | On the Agent Manager Dashboard, in the "🏢 Agency Team" section, select the agent from the list and click "Promote to Manager" |
| 3. They start recruiting themselves | The promoted agent now has their own Agent Manager Dashboard and can start recruiting their own team |
| 4. Monitor from above | The agency owner views the overall overview (names, number of agents per manager) in the Agency Team section |

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I promote someone who is already a self-employed Agent Manager (with separate payment)?
Not automatically. If someone already has an active agent manager subscription (with their own team), the system will reject attempts to upgrade them — this is to prevent their existing team from being "absorbed" into your agency's 50 agent limit without their separate consent. They need to let their existing subscription expire first.
What happens to the Premium/Agent Manager status if I renew my agency subscription late?
The period is always extended, not overwritten — if someone still has remaining days from a previous period, the new period is added on top of it, never shortened.
