Previously, a property developer who wanted to advertise a new project on Hartanah Bumiputera had to share a regular Premium Agent account, one listing represented only one unit, and there was no easy way to show buyers which units were still available in a project that had dozens or hundreds of units. Developer Account was specifically designed to solve this problem.
How It Works
The concept is simple: a new development (new_dev) listing that you are already familiar with on this page is now /no_thinkADALAH halaman projek anda, lengkap dengan nama projek, foto, lokasi dan pakej diskaun pemaju. Perkara baharu ialah anda kini boleh menambah unit availability grid di bawah iklan tersebut, satu unit demi satu unit, setiap satu dengan status semasa.
Langkah Bermula

| 1. Upgrade account | On My Profile, click "🏗️ Become a Property Developer" — your account is converted to a Developer role (free, no immediate payment) |
| 2. Subscribe to Developer Account | On the Subscriptions page, choose the Agency — Developer (RM150/month or RM1,500/year) package to enable listing projects |
| 3. List project | Fill in the "New Property Listing" form as usual — the ad type will default directly to "New Development" |
| 4. Add units | On the My Ads page, click "🏗️ Manage Units" on your project card, and add each unit (unit number, floor, type, size, price) |
| 5. Update status | When a unit is booked or sold, change the status directly from the unit list — changes are shown immediately on the public page |
What Buyers Will See
On the project ad page, a new section "📦 Unit Availability" is displayed, summarizing the number of available/booked/sold units, followed by a full table of each unit complete with unit number, floor, type, size and price. This means buyers no longer need to contact agents just to ask "which units are still available", they can view and make decisions directly.
