Many real estate agents in Malaysia prefer to pay directly from their own bank accounts rather than using credit/debit cards, either because they don't have a credit card, or simply feel more confident seeing money leaving directly from their bank account that they monitor every day. Good news: every Premium subscription payment or purchase of credits on Hartanah Bumiputera fully supports direct payment via internet banking, including Maybank2u, Public Bank (PBe) and RHB Now, without needing any card.


How It Works: FPX

When you make a payment on the Subscription page, our system generates a payment invoice through the ToyyibPay payment gateway, which supports FPX (Financial Process Exchange), an official online banking network that connects ALMOST ALL major banks in Malaysia directly to merchants. Maybank2u, Public Bank (PBe), RHB Now, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat and others are all listed as standard FPX bank options.


Step by Step


  • Step 1: Log in to your Hartanah Bumiputera account, go to Langganan and choose a plan (Premium RM25/month or RM300/year) or the currency package you want to purchase.
  • Step 2: Click continue payment, you will be directed to the ToyyibPay payment page.
  • Step 3: Choose the "FPX / Online Banking" method (not card).
  • Step 4: Find and select your bank from the list, Maybank2u, Public Bank (PBe) or RHB Now, depending on your savings bank.
  • Step 5: You will be redirected directly to your own bank's internet banking portal (e.g., log in to Maybank2u as usual) to verify the payment with your TAC/bank password.
  • Step 6: After successful payment, you will be redirected back to Hartanah Bumiputera and your Premium/currency account will be credited immediately, automatically, without needing to wait for manual approval.


Why is FPX Safe?

FPX is managed by PayNet (Payments Network Malaysia), a national payment infrastructure company that also manages DuitNow and JomPAY. Your money goes directly from your bank account to the merchant's account (Hartanah Bumiputera) through the official bank-to-bank network, we never see or store your banking login details at any time.


Credit/Debit Cards Also Supported

If you prefer to use a card, the "Credit/Debit Card" option is also available on the same payment screen, you just need to select the method that suits you during checkout.


Note: The list of FPX bank displayed during checkout depends on the banks actively participating in the FPX network at that time. If your bank does not appear, try the card payment method as an alternative or contact our Customer Support.
